Mosaic Property1.0.2 - App Store

Mosaic s goal is to design, develop and deliver the very best pre-market boutique residential property opportunities to discerning owner occupiers, our selected referral partners and their clients. More than just a successful boutique developer, our business model is based on providing high levels of ongoing support to clients who are aiming to secure a portfolio of superior property assets over time. This is strongly reflected by our repeat purchasers and ongoing referrals from existing clients.

All Mosaic developments must fill the following criteria:

[LOCATION]

| Close proximity to the CBD, public transport, shops, services and amenities and other popular high capital value suburbs

| Low rental supply and high rental demand

| High numbers of owner occupiers in the area and high income demographics to attract quality tenants

| Limited supply of existing new and future boutique development sites

[PRICE]

| Purchase price is set according to professional bank instructed valuations ensuring Mosaic consistently produces the best value residential living in Brisbane

| Buying direct from the developer means buyers are purchasing at optimum prices

| High yielding properties and a high percentage net rental growth return

[GROWTH]

| Properties that will grow in value over time because Mosaic develops in areas where demand exceeds the supply and supply is likely to remain highly constrained well into the future

| Architecturally designed, iconic buildings that are consistent with the landscape, but unique in their own right

[LOW ONGOING COSTS]

| Low Body Corporate fees due to small numbers of apartments in each complex, thoughtful design, no wasted unusable common spaces, low maintenance gardens and robust construction materials that require minimal ongoing maintenance over time

[VALUE]

| All apartments are finished to the highest possible standard in order to satisfy the most discerning owner occupier, resulting in the highest quality, best designed and most beautifully finished apartments in their price range within Brisbane

[QUALITY & DESIGN]

| Only high quality materials and brands, fixtures and fittings are used throughout

| All developments are architecturally designed to ensure spacious, sensible and multi-purpose open plan layouts with ample light, ventilation, storage and privacy

| Mosaic only teams with highly reputable development partners with whom Mosaic has long established relationships
